My car (Ford Figo 1.4) needs to go for its 120 000 km service soon. The cambelt also needs to be changed and I am going to get the front brake discs and pads replaced at the same time.
Got a quote from Mekor Ford in Claremont for R7000 just parts excluding labour and a quote from Bosch service centre in Sun valley for R7800 including parts and labour.
Obviously the agents charge exorbitant rates and after reading feedback on Bosch services centres I am a bit hesitant to go ahead with their quote as people have more complaints about them than anything else.
Can anybody recommend an RMI approved workshop in the Southern Suburbs that's reasonable?
Heard so many horror stories before I just thought I would come get some feedback from the community first!
