Quite some time ago, our company was issued an import / export code which we have not made use of to date.
We are looking now at exporting a batch of ICT related goods to an African country.
Where could we source detailed information on the procedures and requirements relating to exporting these goods, from South Africa to an African country?
One further question, we are a registered VAT Vendor. Would we be selling the goods based on the exclusive or inclusive rate? E.g. Do we claim the VAT back when we export goods that we have paid VAT on?
I assume that we would need to approach an export agent in relation to this however any input would be greatly appreciated, also if you could happen to recommend any such companies that are tried and tested so to say then that would be most useful.
