Reliable wireless internet in Killarney Gardens area

Does anyone know of a decent wireless provider for the Killarney and Montague Gardens area? We're situated in Killarney Gardens and currently have a provider that utilizes the Ciperwave network. The network is very reliable and is almost always up, but the speeds are abysmal. They range from between 10kb/s to a max of 30kb/s, which makes using the internet a pain.

ADSL isn't really an option because we're on the edge of an informal settlement so cable theft is rife.

Can someone tell me how Wireless Online is? I want to get them to come to a signal test, but I'd first like to know if they're reliable? No use getting them if they're constantly offline or bad weather interferes with the connection.
