Remote rural farm - boosting Vodacom reception - possibility of getting 3G

Hi - Question to Vodacom.

On a farm between towns of Marken and Baltimore in Limpopo we get a one bar Vodacom signal at the farmhouse.
I believe the tower is called Witpan.

We need to improve the reception; how is this done ?

We want to do poacher monitoring via the Vodacom network - will we be able to get 3G at the house ?
