Do as Magnum suggested cause I really cant see how a car can get an airlock the size of a quarter tank. It is not really possible for a fuel tank to get an airlock in my opinion.

lol i just did the carb, cost a **** load of money for that.

put new plugs, air filter , drained the water and re-loaded it with coolant and water, changed the outer CV joints.

now i need to put in some new tierod ends and then sort the shock saddles.

i would invest in a new vehicle if the price of the vehicles were much more reasonable.

but then again a 2011/2012 vw polo with sunroof and leather seats is okay... but it is a 1.4 :wtf: and i am used to my 1.6 twincam....POWER :D

Agreed. Much cheaper to maintain an older "economy" vehicle than to buy new. Had a Nissan Sentra '95, Nissan Sentra '97 and a Toyota Corolla '97. I've spent around R40k total on maintenance in the last 10 years.

On the other hand, a VW Polo 1.4 would pull more chicks than a Nissan Sentra 1.6 twincam :D
