So I ordered my ADSL line a month or two ago, Telkom said sometime in October, so just decided to leave it and wait.
Now last week sometime I decided to see if Telkom had done anything about my ADSL, so I plugged the line into my router, router couldn't sync. So plugged my phone back in, and no dial tone, didn't work at all.. :/
Called Telkom and they came out about 3 times, got home today and got a call from someone checking if the line was working since when he left they were still connecting wires. He also asked about my ADSL install though and said that they're in the process of installing it, and that was when I told them the line wasn't working.
Anyone had anything like this before? No idea why my line went dead in the first place.
