I got the E620 and just had a gentleman from network here at my work who tested the network and found everything was working fine. It seems to be my datacard that is not working propperly.

Now my questions:
Do I take it to The Glen walk in center?
I got my datacard through MTNDirect.
How long will it take for them to check it and repair should something be wrong?
Will they give me a replacement card to use untill mine gets back from wherever they send it?

I ask as I use it at work on the laptop and at home on my PC and on both I get the same problems and use it dayly.

you got it via direct,(0831233667) give em a call for them to advise where you must take it, since they delivered it they might even come and pick it up- is the data card less than 7 days old?

I doubt whether they can fix these things. They might give you a 'refurbished one' like they do with phones.

Thanks, I will call them tomorrow.

Got it in June/July last year. I was having alot of speed related problems but I had one of the guys from network here today and he couldn't find any problem and suggested it might be my hardware. I use the datacard in both my PC and Notebook and both have the same problem even with the Yagi so the common denominator being the datacard.

oh dear... did you say a year old? no i doubt they would now be able to assist, have you tried the manufacturer for a replacement as yet? reason i say that is cause the warranty lies with leaf and not with us im afraid:(
