Perhaps you should read the post I was responding to first. Insinuating the government doesn't pay attention to the problem because it affects whites only is dishonest.

You give the ANC way too much credit. Really unlikely this government cares about anyone of any colour dying. At least there is very little evidence to suggest they ever have. This is more likely the build up to a scheme that would gain support or legitimacy for the expropriation of parks board land in order to enable them to sell it under the table, or some equally corrupt shenanigans that are not yet clear but will become clearer with time.
