I used this procedure a few times before - that is until I completely dumped Windows. I am sure a lot of people will find this useful.

Definitely handy.

I just get Grub to do it for me.
If I want to do it the Windows way, I have a little paper with the instructions (using the Windows disk) that works well for me.

Easy way if you have a windows install cd/dvd is to boot of int in repair mode and select fixmbr.
