Mogoeng did some decent things in preventing ANC abuses around Nkandla and such. By relative South African standards he's okay in that he didn't actively corrupt the Constitutional Court. But by absolute standards, he's crap.
He will have to abide by the constitution regardless of his religious beliefs.
