That's the theory yes, and who picks parly? It depends. President is elected by parly.

I was expecting that question. What happens if ANC constituency declines and another party gets more votes? That's the theory yes, and who picks parly?
I would expect continuous motions of no confidence and a stalled parliament.I was expecting that question. What happens if ANC constituency declines and another party gets more votes?
True. However, that is not the point.I would expect continuous motions of no confidence and a stalled parliament.
Okay, we can finally have a President that is not the President of a Party and we can separate Party and State.True. However, that is not the point.
I think he was responding to a direct question on presidential ambitions." he knows he is meant to be president of SA"
You don't. If you truly believed it you would not be mouthing it off everywhere to try to coerce others into believing it. Real faith is quiet and waits patiently. South Africa has more than enough religious fraudsters as it is thank you very much.

Only 61.How old is he?
He should almost retire not be president of anythingOnly 61.
Hi Mogoeng Mogoeng, you do realise you can't have a State President that is not the ANC President, that is counter-revolutionary.
Oh, 100%, I was talking about ANC government can't have 2 chiefs because they don't know the difference between Party and State.Well, if we have a coalition government, that may no longer be the case.
Thankfully a coalition government would have infinitely better options than moegoe and his bible.Well, if we have a coalition government, that may no longer be the case.
That's young by SA politics standards. He should almost retire not be president of anything
I know and its a bit screwy. That's young by SA politics standards.
The man seems to display mental instability at unpredictable intervals. Not a great trait in a presidential capacity.
Laziness at its finest. What we going to call him: Scot Scott, Mogoeng Mogoeng.I always like this bloke’s easy to member name.
Just behind Scot Scott.

What in The World Happened To ... Scot Scott
This week Xolani catches up with Mnet continuity presenter Scot Scott.www.702.co.za
Problem is, I'm not so sure we have any of those. Certainly not within the cANCer and I still don't think we're at a point in time where opposition parties are a realistic alternative. ANC still holds too much power.Maybe you can say that.. But not for me, we need someone who is smart enough not to let their religious beliefs interfere with the job of running the country... It takes a very mature person to be able to do that and mogoe over there isn't that person.
