Return of OneDrive Placeholders?

Wondering if we will see the return of OneDrive Placeholders with the coming Win 10 Anniversary Update(Aka Redstone) in July?
All the workarounds are known.:)

This shows signs of a backstreet call centre :D
The subsequent researched answer is that Ms is working on the problem with roamers of solution coming with the Anniversary Update.:)
