The data rate (Assuming a data bundle has been previously bought) is R0.15 / MB.

Which brings up three questions.

1.) What is the data rate, assuming no data bundle has been bought?
2.) How long after the data bundle has been bought does the data rate stay at R0.15 / MB
3.) Why would someone pay R310.00 for 2GB (R0.15 / MB) over R7.50 / 50MB (R0.15 / MB) if the OOB rate is the same, and identical to the In-Bundle (IB?) rate (Assuming pre-paid) ?

HI

here are the answers :
1.) What is the data rate, assuming no data bundle has been bought?
99c per MB
2.) How long after the data bundle has been bought does the data rate stay at R0.15 / MB
For as long as the original data was valid for e.g..... you bought 500MB for 30 days , but finish it in 10 days you will have 20 days
windows for the 0.15c MB

3.) Why would someone pay R310.00 for 2GB (R0.15 / MB) over R7.50 / 50MB (R0.15 / MB) if the OOB rate is the same, and identical to the In-Bundle (IB?) rate (Assuming pre-paid) ?
They are at the same rate so for post paid the option is yours , on pre- paid you can't run an account so need to load.
The reason for this was we brought our prices down across the board, where before was cheaper to get a bundle.
