Revised load-shedding Code of Practice goes up to Stage 16 - Eskom (Nersa must still approve)

Really, really glad to not deal with that horrible spectre!

so now when the grid collapses the idiots and morons have a stage to officially call it?

I wonder what the phone call to the USA will be like,
yessir, were at Stage 16, please send aid via Blackhawk.

Stage 16's gonna be what, 20 hours a day? I mean assuming you even come back on for that hour between slots. I mean how the actual f#ck.

Is this when they send someone to remove all your light bulbs and tramp on them?

Stage 16 would be better suited, constants are easier to deal with mentally, this on off electricity is anarchy, we need more structure and stability in SA, so either leave the lights on, or switch it all off
And you think that 20 hours without power will create structure and stability do you? I'm sure the inevitable further collapse of the local grid not equipped for that kind of switching will do wonders for that stability.
Then again, considering what an ANC fanboy you are I'm not surprised that this is how you think
