Rights group goes to court over Eskom power cuts

Civil rights group AfriForum is seeking a court order to prevent Eskom from initiating electricity supply cuts and extra load shedding on defaulting municipalities.

They are trying to stop it, individuals and businesses who do pay their municipalities (whether the municipalities pays it over or not) and whose wellbeing Afriforum has an interest in, don't want their power cut. Blame the ANC loving people (none if these delinquent municipalities are not ANC governed)...
