I read that as a no change statement.

It is mildly amusing that Eskom customers rely on Uninterruptible Power Supply from NewEgg and
Eskom relies on Interruptible Power Supply from Broken Hill Proprietary

Of course the risk for a total blackout would be much less than 10 years ago. With all the load shedding practice Eskom has had over the past few years they must be veritable world class experts in blackout avoidance by now! :p
