Rather us a Local Pre-paid card there. Will save you alot of headache.

I do the data roaming(Billing) for MTNSP and I'll get the charge for you.

Fact is roaming can cost between R 80 - R 200 per MB.
I have had some sad clients i can promise you that. Phone bills you could have purchased a house cash for. Just a warning ;)

Strange.

Your customer has done everything possible to determine the rate he will pay for data including phoning your helpline, checking his statement and posting here, without any answer forthcoming from the service provider.

However from your statement above you seem to imply that he will still be responsible for payment, when and if MTN Nigeria deem fit to charge him.

Bad business ethics.

Thank you for analysing my statement. what pitbull has told you is that data has been known to be charged at R80- R200 per mb, so he should have a rough idea of what the charges are. we have also made mention of the fact that we dont have a data agreement with the country in question, so im not sure what he will be charged, if the charges were delayed or whether they will appear at all.data dude has asked him to pm me the details to send the spreadsheet through. maybe pitbull can provide you with a better answer to this.
