Hey Guys.

Last night my iBurst would log in, turns out they entered the banking details wrong.. and find out 6 Months later rofl... haha..

Well they reactivated it and i have them the corect details, i said i could fax them but the didnt want me to, wtf, do they actually want the right details.

Has anyone here actually been debited at the right times chosen ect?

I now owe Over R2000 since decmeber .. oh well :rolleyes:

Same here ... dropped a few digits in my account number AND IBT code ... phoned to ask my why I haven't paid ... Uhm, sorry lady, but you are supposed to debit my account ... schmucks!

ha ha ha... they debited me on the 31'st when i requested the 1'st... thankfully my salary was in... then there is the case of the ghost debit... doesnt reflect on my account but it does on their's when you phone them...

come on wbs... shape up...

Maybe those f***ers should call me before they jsut deactive the account! I checked on the accouts and they got my cell home no work no.. No i dont know whos account the had on their system.. looks like they made it up.. only think that was half right was the branch number and the Name of the Bank..the account number was some bull**** that i dont even have. lol.. the ammount doesnt really matter the fact they they dont even call to sway its wrong.. and 6 Months later they figure it out!! omw.. im pretty close to leaving.

Yip, same...i got disconnected yesterday :( but now they fixed there issues and im back on. One thing that really got to me was i never recieved any warning, it was just boom no connection

Well they must be fast asleep, I got billed for the first few months and for the last 3 months nothing has been take from my account. And then where is our statements ? If they dare taking anything from my account with out a debit order, they will get it from me !!!

Just to jump in here, exactly the same thing happened with Sentech - their billing system was totally screwed up. Believe it or not, the one time when I phoned, I spoke to a lady who said she was busy checking on her excel printouts who had paid and who hadn't and who they should bill !

I also wasn't billed for 3 months.

Guys, this is a sign of a company in deep dwang - bail out while you can.
The moment any company starts messing up on their billing like this, it means they are falling apart at the seams because management aren't involved at the right levels.

If you remember, iBurst management "hid behind" their support staff when you guys were getting disconnected for "abuse"

This is Sentech all over again.

Just a sign of a very poorly managed business....it seems to reflect in ALL depts.....
