Roku/Hulu account placed on hold?

Good Morning,
I have a strange problem. I have been subscribing to hulu through my roku account using an entropay credit card never had any problems until this weekend, when I try going to hulu it say’s my account has been placed on hold as the payment is having problems being processed through the roku account. I do have funds in entropay, I have now created a USA paypal account and changed my method of payment but still getting the same message not sure what else to do? Any thoughts please
