Stage 1 anytime after 16:00 and before 20:00 will suit me just fine but I'm not optimistic :(

hahaha, I left work early because Quigney (town) was from 2-4pm (that time on a Friday is the worst for traffic).

Just finished wiring in more batteries, so the bank should now provide around 11kWh at 20% DOD. Should be OK to span most night-time LS.

It's not just load shedding that Eskom does. It's actually a form of wallet-shedding. So many people are now spending on systems and devices to supplement Eskom's shortcomings. This additional cost to the economy is seldom mentioned by journalists writing about the economic impact of our power woes.
