I should be fine for today. no load shedding in the evening today unless it goes to stage 3 which is 22:00 - 24:00 so blackouts should be done for the day by then.

Due to increased electricity demand as a result of the cold front, power utility Eskom says it will implement stage 2 load shedding from 16:00 today.

Eskom couldn't see this materialising this morning when they said they do not foresee load shedding. The country is in even bigger trouble than I thought possible.
