Power went out in Bryanston (work) @ 16:21. Was going to try and leave at 16:30, but will have to stay until 18:00, like usual...

I don't think they expected to have loadshedding because everything is a mess. They said it is stable but expect it to be constrained. Like 5 min after that they delete those posts and say stage 1 loadshedding was implemented.

My wife called me at 16:15 to ask whether we're currently being loadshed and I said no. This was after looking at CoCT site where it stated that we're currently not experiencing loadshedding.

Just gotta love that "from 16:03", seems like they suddenly lost a turbine or two somewhere.

Guess it just goes to show that we shouldn't become complacent when nothing has been announced by 16:00 :(
