The City will only implement Stage 1 load shedding from 17:00 to 18:00 and 20:00 to 22:00, but Stage2 from 18:00 to 20:00.

Finally, I was beginning to think I wouldn't get the chance to gloat - I'm fine on stages 1, 2, & 3 today

... mind you they're still busy with the Baywest pipes so I've not got water, so much for it being restored by 08:00 today although given the lousy weather we had yesterday and this morning I'm not surprised

Must mean it's spring already as they don't loadshed in winter

It can only get worse as one senior Eskom engineer responsible for load shedding has resigned and will most probably substituted with one with newly bought qualification.

Eskom has announced Stage 2 Loadshedding to commence at 17H00. Groups will shed as follows:

The geysers and Group 6: 17H00 - 19H30
Group 8 and Group 1: 19H00 - 21H30
Group 2 and Group 3: 21H00 -22H30
