Few area's in cape town are being skipped ,steenbras to the rescue!
COCT is only on stage 1.
Useless fsckers
I must say I really dont believe that the load on a sunday morning is enough to require loadshedding this coupled by the fact that they refuse to release the stats really worries me.
Can't help but feel sorry for Danny as well, guess we'll have to wait until Tuesday before the details of the "scarce skills" allowance dispute emerge.Still nothing in PE as the metro staff are on strike. Feel bad for some areas out since Friday.
Good luck, bwana!

Isnt that from the end of August? So:
- Koeberg is down for refueling for a while.
- Duvha unit 3 has been down since the explosion last year. Opinion is still divided if it can ever be returned to service, but this will take years to repair if it is feasible.
- Majuba is limping after the silo collapse. This will also be a long-term project to fix.
- The boiler damage at Lethabo will take a little while still to fix.
- 64% of the total installed capacity is beyond mid-life. These stations are now into their less reliable and higher maintenance phase. The number of MW not available due to breakdowns was approximately 1800 in FY2009. It has now grown steadily year-on-year and now sits at 5500.
Keep those laptop batteries charged unless you believe that the new power stations will be coming online faster than we loose current capacity.
