Just to add to the mix, the City of Cape Town have decided that they have enough capacity!? Just after I have told everyone in our block the power is going off at 8pm...

irritating plan for it, now power isn't off, will consume even more to heat room up again.

Seems thswane decided to not switch me off for half as per their schedule and only started with the block after us.
