Rolling out of the 4Gs network

5 months into 2011 and the promise by Cell C to roll out new HSPA sites through out the country appears to of come to a halt. The few towns and cities connected to the HSPA network now stand a better chance of been upgraded to Cell 's new faster network and the rest of the country will remain without the promised service. PE DBN CPT Witbank Nelspruit Gauteng and Polokwane all received the first upgrade and little to no development into other areas appear to have been made. Cell C should move over to politics, their well worded speeches and written press releases are not worth a cent.
