Romoss Sailing Powerbank

So I ordered and paid for a Romoss Sailing 4 and the package says Sailing 4 but the product itself and the manual says Sailing 5.

Its a bigger battery pack and its about R200 more.

I remember a thread about a guy bought a Sailing 4 and received a Sailing 3.

What should I do?

Its probably not worth the hassle for them to collect & replace it anyway.

Maybe highlight it to them & suggest that you're willing to swap it for the inferior model if they cover the shipping fees to return it and send the correct one. Any sane company is just going to tell you "keep it" at that stage...so you've covered you're ethical "obligation" to report it and scored a free R200 upgrade.

Would def suggest buying a power bank. Found them to be very useful for keeping on top of the blackouts. I kinda need my cellphone to stream music as a bare necessity to maintain sanity during that.

(everything is better with music)

Still carry one with me despite never being more than 10am from a charging point. Old habits die hard I guess.

I just got my Romoss Sailing 3 from Loot…
Very happy with it but it doesn't come with a cable that plugs into a wall, just a USB. Could I plug the USB into the white 2 pin that came with my iphone to charge it up?

Besides mha rating, does anyone know the difference between the Sailing vs Solo models? e.g. Sailing 3 vs Solo 3.
