Router Locations

Does any one know if the Lat/Long coordinates of local routers can be found?
if it can you can plot the path in google earth.

There was a post previously that had a link to a site where you could do a tracert, it then plots the route across the globe... pretty cool

I was more looking for local Info. it could concievably linked to router load by an isp for instance... that published to a KMZ file would give them and users a good overview of network status - location based with the links between routers also shown.. would be interesting to see... not that i can see that ever happening..

This is another of the great potential uses of KMZ.... but so far I have found no one who publishes anything useful about SA on Google Earth
