Left the guy installing with my wife. Had to get to work. Cable was already pulled through and he was busy splicing at the manhole outside. Will take some pics tonight

Did you take Telkom as an ISP? I'm going to go with them hoping they're the fastest to get things installed.

All ISPs are this quick for our area.

I ordered last Monday from ISPAfrika, first guy came out Thursday. I have another appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully they can get the cable in my flat.

Haven't used them yet, but their support is awesome thus far.

My friend has been using them for months, no issues.

Ok great. I've heard of their support being non -existent. No reply to emails nor anyone answering the phone. But I didn't want to go on heresay till I got feedback like yours.

They reply to my email in just a couple minutes. Been brilliant.

Awesome and which supplier from their list did you take? I want the 100mb but not sure if their suppliers cover RA. The coverage map is taking forever to open on my phone.

And a reminder to all: ISPAfrika does have 100Mbps OpenServe with 10GB data @ R729 per month. That is perfectly acceptable to me, given that I want to be able to switch data ISPs at any time.

Anyone saw we have normal telephone jacks at the back of the fibre router?

Anyone know what they are used for and if we can just plug a normal telephone in there somehow?

This Chad guy that is supposed to assist us in Royal Ascot said he is not allowed to give me this information -_-

What make and model router did you get from ISP Afrika?
