As long as they leave our Strauss alone. See Skipper Badenhorst is hungry for rugby. He will probably start from the bench each time. Unless Strauss gets injured. Going to miss the cousin.

We gonna get kukked out now because we talking about other teams.

I must say, I'm very optimistic for the upcomming season. I'm actually considering getting season tickets this year.

Interested to see what will happen with a similar case.
JP Joubert from Free State wanting to go to the Lions and his lawyer is also playing the "not valid contract" card.

I believe arbitration started yesterday and is continuing today.

I don't know all the details but it sounds like the exact same scenario as the Sharks vs Lions.

Got back from Ellispark and got me tickets for the Stormers match. :D
Can't wait!!! Ticket sales are going well, by the looks of things.

Very nice crowd but Lions were horrible. Credit to Stormers for a well deserved win.

Maybe we'd played as well as we did in the first 20 mins of the second half through out. Unfortunately too many handling errors, but at least with Spencer kicking I know the ball is going "pale toe!"

And yes, quite a decent crowd. But a few home wins will be necessary to keep the people coming!

The crowd was 34400, bigger than the largest crowd of last year which was about 27000

Well, it was certainly the most absolutely crazy game i have attended (and witnessed). Some amazing tries and some very poor defence. I could not believe how the Chiefs players got through our defence so easily. The Lions had butter fingers.

Our perseverance was amazing, and the downside was, we were playing catchup rugby the whole time.

Was great to see only lions supporters at the stadium, and to hear them go crazy everytime we get the ball.

A very encouraging game even though we lost.

I think Carlos has a slight injury, that's why he is also bracketed on the bench

I'm not sure if the lions really understand the way he plays, and also i don't think he has fully adapted back to super 14.
