Do the people in these countries with sympathy for Russia in this situation not realise that it's practically an invitation for the Kremlin to include them in their ambitions? Haven't the happenings in Ukraine made this, and that it is not something anybody who wishes to live in peace should hope for, clear?

As you can see around the forum, we have enough idiots here saying that is all NATO's fault too.
I think people are totally brainwashed, one doesn't need to love America, to condemn Russia.

I'm not a fan of America.
I wouldn't call myself a fan either. Through I have no general issue with them. Some things I admire. Some not so much.
I would say I mostly relate to them objectively. Pretty much neutral. I don't believe any nation on earth has a monopoly on right or wrong. Not while human beings are in charge.
But yeah. Currently I think they are acting more correctly and Russia most definitely incorrectly. The Bush and Trump administrations sucked @$$ though.

Tomorrow Russia can celebrate all it's victorious battles against unarmed civilians, hospitals, schools, malls, train stations, wheat fields (beware the tractors) and the bodies of raped women.
It's pretty clear that they don't have any recent victories against trained armed forces to celebrate. Where their primary strategies seem to be crying in the media and name calling ("Nazis" they say).
No wonder they have to reach all the way back to WW2 to find a clear victory.
And if their plan is to emulate that victory any time in the future, then maybe the plan is to lure their enemies onto home ground during winter and throw millions of people at the problem.
So I hope those millions of people enjoy the parade.

Remember... Putin already said there would not be conscription - So it's guaranteed to happen. He's just working at lowering people's resistance to it in the meantime.
