NATO has nothing to do with the CIA. Plus the article is speculative and not reporting facts. Notice these indicators:

Math is hard especially when you start mixing the fractions - I mean, how's a 30 percenter supposed to figure out how to compare 1/3 and 20% ffs - the one is a fraction and the other is a percentage - it's like those trick questions - if I eat half an apple and a quarter orange then what size fruit do I have left? I mean how is someone supposed to work out how much fruit an apple and orange adds up to dammit - you're comparing apples and oranges - they're different.

Seriously people have some consideration.

It's really not very kind.

Haha I was thinking the exact same thing. Mirai, Cosmic and co are getting owned. Their emotonal biases are so evident to any neutral. They have just one setting - seething hatred for Russia.

OMG you are hopeless! It was not UN approved. The security council did not back it. Russia in fact demanded an end to the use of force against Yugoslavia. Why are you so clueless on this stuff?
