NATO is funded by Germany, the US, Turkey etc.
Germany and US pay equal amount to fund NATO's €2.5 Billion budget (16% each).
UK and France fund about 10 and 11% respectively.

The only out for these dictators that makes sense is a comfortable retirement island with good defences (from their own people) permanent guard by the entire UN, and no connectivity to the rest of the world for the safety of the rest of the world.
They worry about their own skins first and foremost. More afraid of their own people than anybody outside the borders. But at the end you don't want them to still wield any power.
Just retirement. Full stop.

At least 10 civilians were killed by Russian shelling of the city of Sievierodonetsk in eastern Ukraine on Monday, regional governor Serhiy Gaidai said. Gaidai, the governor of the Luhansk region, had said earlier on Monday that heavy shelling had caused fires in residential areas.
