I always wonder if change.org is just a place for people to vent their emotions (edit I have heard of a handful petitions there that did make an impact but that does not explain the other 99% where nothing happened. ) so that they can at least feel they tried doing something they have no control over with minimum effort. Trying to revoke russian UN membership with a change.org petition is probably the stupidest thing I have read today.
The UN has a constitution and minimum requirements which countries should abide to. That being said dismissing russia totally from the UN is not in the interest of world peace. What might be more beneficial is finding a way to take away priviliges such vetoing votes from russia.

The "rules-based international order" is of course a euphemism for coercive US diplomacy of "do as we tell you or we will bomb or sanction you".
