Your age and experience again Nico?

not old enough for a mid life crisis yet, but older than you think I am.
background originally in civil/structural engineering, then I worked for a few years, came to France to do a masters in nuclear structural design. (I was the oldest in my class and having to learn how to learn again, in French, was probably the most difficult)

I am old enough to have worked on various energy three different continents and nuclear projects in particular, and old enough to know that not one single person can ever claim to have designed/built even one of these systems. Hence I always say that I worked on a project or I worked on the design (as opposed to "I designed") as that sounds like narcissism ). I am too young to have diabetes, heart attacks and play for the golden oldies.

Experience includes materials testing, advanced concrete mix designs, nuclear plant design, energy projects, working a bit with medical staff (cancer and radiation labs in particular etc), teaching refugees and a long list of stuff that will probably bore you like knowing 4 languages and having travelled to about 34 countries last time I counted.

I have a deeply contrarian nature, but you already know that.

So Russia must be the terrorist state then because the plants are in Ukrainian majority areas.

The current evidence shows Ukraine blowing up the plant. Why would Russia allow the IAEA if it is blowing up the plant?

Let's assume that Russia is shelling from the plant (your claim)
why doesn't Ukraine back off from that area and just fight elsewhere?

What gives Russia the right to take the plant or even be in Ukraine?

NATO expansion, having a militarized force in Ukraine that incircles Russia is a deep security threat. They don't have a "right", they are just reacting the way that America or China reacts when their spheres of influence is threatened. The Russians have been threatening about NATO expansion for the last 20 years. No one thought that they were serious, now they showed that they were always serious. International Politics is unfortunately not about charity.

No Nico, nothing shows Ukraine blowing up their own plant with their own operators in it and their families surrounding it.

Evidence for your lie please.
