One line should be ready for gas deliveries soon. USA will have to go in and finish their job. They can't even properly blow up pipelines anymore.

The media that offers balance will always smell better than the manufactured 1 dimensional hatred that Russian media force feeds its population.
Yes well, forcefeed and BS are two words I will use to describe US and Russian media.

Long term project. At present Nordstream is dead.

Politically perhaps.

There is no chance that any repair there will be quick. A survey of the entire pipeline will be required first. Then removal of the damaged part followed by the manufacture, installation and testing of any new parts. Try doing that in 50 metres + of water. Look how long it took to just raise the Kursk.

Don't worry about the word "undamaged".

One pipe of NS2 is undamaged.

Unless you've gone down yourself and seen the damage?

And you are entitled to do that, the fundamental difference is the western option will more often than not offer an opposing view for the viewer/readers consideration, without fear of gulag, bad tea or dodgey scenic window views, unlike Russia.

Julien Assange disagrees.

Suicide bomber?

Could be a Special Forces attack too. Long gone by the time it went bang. SA Special Forces did this often in Angola during the 80's. The Giraul River bridge near Namibe (Mossamedes) comes to mind and the Luba Pass bridges near Lubango. The bridges were major transport infrastructure and thick concrete. Both were used to supply the southern front with military supplies in Angola.

The Giraul bridge was downed by Special Forces that were infiltrated and exfiltrated by submarine and the Luba bridges by Special Forces that were dropped by air and walked to their target.

The Catembula bridges were recced for demolition but the operation never took place.

The Barragem bridge in Mozambique got the attention of the Rhodesian SAS and SA Special Forces and were downed.
