They received the entire north Macedonia fleet of soviet planes and also loads of spare parts from unspecified countries, I think Romania and Bulgaria , supposedly to fix old planes they had, but I think it basically ended up getting entire planes in parts.
That happened after 24 Feb

He said 80 % pre invasion , not after invasion

I am really curious how this happens. It can't be wing tipping, they probably fly into those things by accident and then the whole jet is rekt. There are probably even more damaged UA jets if this is the case that 3 are lost. Seems like a really bad way to take out those drones if they just keep losing jets that way. that being said, if they did nothing those shaheds would have potentially destroyed civilian infrastructure or vital military equipment. It is a really bad (super cheap drone vs expensive jet) trade-off but probably justifiable if it saves civilian lives.
If you engage the with guns they may explode in your face and FOD is no one's friend.

Ah, a Banderite Ukrainian politician.

Andriy Melnyk,Ukraine's outspoken ambassador to Germany, drew the ire of Poland, Israel, and Jewish groups on Friday when he defended Ukrainian nationalist leader Stepan Bandera in an interview.

Pretty disgusting to have Stepan Bandera supporters in the Ukrainian government. But then again, this is not a surprise:

L’viv and Ivano-Frankivsk — 1.5 million Jews, a quarter of all Jews murdered in the Holocaust, came from Ukraine. Over the past six years, the country has been institutionalizing worship of the paramilitary Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists, which collaborated with the Nazis and aided in the slaughter of Jews, and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), which massacred thousands of Jews and 70,000-100,000 Poles. A major figure venerated in today’s Ukraine is Stepan Bandera (1909–1959), the Nazi collaborator who led a faction of OUN (called OUN-B); above are his statues in L’viv (left) and Ivano-Frankivsk (right). Many thanks to Per Anders Rudling, Tarik Cyril Amar and Jared McBride for their guidance on Ukrainian collaborators.

LMFAO

if fuelling enemy warplanes is a "war crime" ... wtf is sending billions and billions of dollars worth of weapons to the warzone?!?
It is called defending the "rules-based international order" and standing up for freedom and democracy.
Which is code for "defending the freedom of oligarchs to exploit the working class and select plonkers that the working class can vote for to make them think they have real demoacracy".

Quote of the week:
"Russia wants to be the second strongest army in the world, but at the moment they are only the second strongest army in Ukraine"
s-u-r-e

only one army in Ukraine has:
- faced literally all weaponry NATO could throw at it short of nukes
- captured 20% of the other's territory
- destroyed 50% of the other's electricity generation capacity in 3 days

Ukraine sure is stronk!

Let's see how the Ukraine (and the Banderites in their government) and USA vote at the UN this year:

Maybe Ukraine should start sending rockets Moscow's way taking out their generation capacity?

they can try, I don't believe they have anything with that kind of range and Moscow is armed to the teeth with air defences

but that all aside, all it would achieve is the same as the Crimea bridge stunt: escalation

in fact, a direct strike on Moscow would guarantee significant escalation, WW3 level stuff
we'd better all hope Ukraine isn't crazy enough to go there, or rather that the west isn't crazy enough to give them the capability to go there
