Citizens of "a CIS [Сommonwealth of Independent States] country" have opened fire on "volunteers" preparing to fight against Ukraine at a training ground of the Western Military District in the Belgorod region; 11 people were killed in the attack and 15 were hospitalised.

Details: Russia’s Defence Ministry has reported that two citizens of a CIS country have committed an "act of terrorism" at a training ground of the Western Military District in Belgorod Oblast.

During a fire training session with the "volunteers", who were training for the so-called "special operation" [as Russian propaganda calls the war against Ukraine], the "terrorists" fired on the unit’s personnel using small arms.
11 people died in the attack and 15 people were taken to hospital with wounds of varying degrees of severity.
The two "terrorists" were killed by return fire, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported.

Earlier, Russian Telegram channels had reported that a shooting had occurred on the territory of a military unit in Belgorod Oblast, resulting in people being killed and wounded. According to SOTA, 22 people may have been killed and 16 wounded. It was reported that the shooters were apparently three servicemen, two of whom were killed on the spot, while one managed to escape.
A source among the mobilised men’s relatives told SOTA that the Belgorod Oblast shooting took place at a training ground in the village of Soloti.

Previously this training ground had over 100 conscripts from Bryansk Oblast, Russia, who categorically refused to be sent to Lyman in Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast. SOTA says that the military leadership spent a week trying to persuade them to start an assault on the city

That still sounds to me like fragging (which could probably spinned as terrorism to create a narrative) instead of terrorism.

When you display blatant dishonesty as you did by posting a manipulated image to suit your propaganda and dishonesty, I will call your dishonesty and ethics out. Never lie to me intentionally. I can take nisinformation or forgetfulness, but never a blyat lie.

France to train up to 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers

France will train up to 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers on its territory, Sebastien Lecornu, minister for the armed forces, has told Le Parisien newspaper.
The soldiers will “be taken into our units for several weeks”, he said, adding that there would be three levels of training: general combat, “specific needs outlined by the Ukrainians such as logistics” and then training on how to use defence materiel furnished by Ukraine’s Western allies.
France will also provide Ukraine with Crotale air defence systems, he said, without specifying how many.
The number is being “defined with the Ukrainians” he said, adding that it “will be significant to allow them to defend their skies”.

Eish, 5 minutes of talking about how Russia is being forced to do this and that without and Russia being destroyed and it never occurring to him that all of this could be avoided by Russia simply leaving Ukraine.
That is the biggest tell of a pro-Russian supporter.

Any discussion about Peace, that doesn't entail Russia leaving Ukrainian territory, is not a peace deal, but a suggestion that Ukraine capitulates to the Russian aggressors.
