If you did, you would understand that no air defence system is 100% effective.
You would know how targets are prioritised.

You don't even know if those systems were even used in Kyiv for defence.

Drones are the domain of SHORAD which NATO countries are severely lacking in. If you want to hurt the US military use suicide drones since their systems were better in the Cold War than what it is now. A famous example would be the attack on the Saudi oil platforms that the US system couldn't do a thing about.
I think somebody should donate some C-Rams which may do the job but they will be a drone magnet.

I think its laughable that you can make all these claims, yet have zero understanding of the situation. Are the AD systems in Kyiv? You don't know.
How many AD missiles were fired against how many targets for what efficacy rate?
