He didn't get drafted. They are using Social Engineering, Reverse Psychology and Psychological Coercian on their audience. These guys are FSB trained. This whole damned team has been groomed by FSB.

The subtitles are for comedic purposes but its quite telling of Russia's current state that it could easily be an accurate translation.

Correct. And Russia has those capabilities in the Baltic using a mother submarine for the small Priz that can operate in the shallow water around Bornholm.
Russia controls the tap on the other side, it has no reason whatsoever to sabotage it's own pipeline

USA fahking around again, just like the 2014 coup

The pipeline wouldn't have been used soon anyway. It's the Russian equivalent of overturning the Monopoly board when losing.
both pipelines, including Nord Stream 1 which was in active use this entire time, magically got sabotaged

but hey it's ok when the USA commits terrorism to hold the entire EU to ransom, as long as it is not Russia holding the EU to ransom

It has: If it can blame the break on "natural causes" it can then get out of paying contracted penalties for disruption of supply, which already run into hundreds of millions. It's very easy to insert a PIG at the head of the pipe and set off explosives further down. Once people get a squizz at the way the pipe is broken they'll be able to make a better determination. If the ruptures angle inwards then it's probably an external explosion; if outward, then an explosion inside the pipe.

If the causes are deemed to be natural, then Russia will use this to bring further pressure on Germany and USA to abandon their embargo (from before the current war) on the Siemens pumps and turbines Gazprom has been prevented from buying.

Another thing to be aware of: when the pipeline was being laid there were many holdups and protests from the Nordic countries because the area has hundreds of thousands of tons of dumped WW2 explosives and bombs.

Yes. Despite showing every intention of waiting for Germany to come to its senses, they blew up the pipeline. As opposed to turning off the tap, which they have shown willingness to do. And they're shelling a nuclear power plant in the region they control and in which they're conducting referendums.
Excluding logic from the funny farm, the most likely explanation has already been explicitly stated...

Neither pipeline was in use at the time of the explosions.

Russia's former president said nuclear threats are a bluff, NATO won't step in if Russia nukes Ukraine

Russia's former president repeated the country's threat to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine, and mocked NATO by saying it would not come to Ukraine's aid if Russia struck.

Dmitry Medvedev, who is now Russia's Security Council chief, took aim at US President Joe Biden, UK Prime Minister Liz Truss, and the wider NATO alliance on Telegram early Tuesday.

He said those leaders "constantly threaten us with 'terrifying consequences' if Russia uses nuclear weapons," and accused Truss of being "completely ready to immediately begin an exchange of nuclear strikes with our country."

Medvedev said Russia's laws around the use of nuclear weapons mean it can retaliate with them if it is hit with nukes, or if it is attacked with conventional weapons that threaten "the very existence of our state."

I think he is right. Nato is weak and split. Russia should make use of this in order to establish themselves as new world leaders.

Hey guys, how many more times in the next 2 weeks do you think this will be referred to?

Should we have a running total?

Since when is claiming you can do something mean you did it when it happened? Russia, the USA, UK, France, Germany and some others all have the capability of blowing up that pipeline.

Heck, The SADF had that capability in the 80's and blew up plenty of Soviet and Soviet proxy vessels using underwater explosives in Mozambique and Angola.
