Oh, I think the US could have easily done it as well, as there is an incentive for them.

Neither you nor I have any facts or evidence to prove who is responsible at this stage. Both have means, motive and opportunity.

What I was highlighting is there is also an incentive for Russia to sabotage the pipeline.

That is the most creative use of Cling rap I have ever seen. To be honest that is quite genius. Russian military is wasting people's lives by conscripting (and then people fleeing like illustrated in the tweet) them like that. Those people could have been rather recruited by russian government to help with construction and civil projects for low income areas with the low income cities such as Penza or Talyatti. If they can build impressive shelters like that with almost nothing, they could do even better if they put their minds together. Actually sad to see lives get wasted like that:
