Nothing we didn't know already, but in a court case in Russia , they sentenced for corruption a supplier to the Russian army fighting in Donbass 2019. For all the trolls here shouting about Minsk agreements.

Long thread by tyre guy about his opinion that the explosion in Poland was a Russian S300 configured for ground attack mode that missed the nearby power station. This is based on warhead configuration, fusing, know pattern of usage, missile speed and the scanning rates of E3 sentry radars.

Interesting thread. Last time I checked Ukraine was still vehemently denying the missile was theirs.

Which is a bad thing to do if it really was their missile. It means they are either not keeping tabs on when and where their missiles are being fired or they are outright lying about it. Not a good look when they are constantly begging for even more air defence missiles.

Sensible thing would have been to admit the error and provide the position and the designation of the S300 mobile launcher that fired it. That would show a respectable level of accountability and give them leverage when requesting more modern missile systems in order to prevent this happening again.

Meanwhile in TASS
MOSCOW, November 19. /TASS/. Russia urges international organizations to condemn the execution of Russian prisoners of war by Ukrainian soldiers and to conduct a thorough investigation, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a statement on Friday.
"We demand that international organisations condemn and thoroughly investigate this shocking crime. No atrocity committed by Ukrainian military units will remain unpunished. All those guilty and their accomplices will be identified and punished accordingly.https://tass.com/politics/1539119

Of course this come hot on the heels of
“The evidence of Russia’s atrocities becomes more horrifying by the day, most recently with the uncovering of mass graves in Izium, where the bodies show signs of torture,” Michele Taylor, the U.S. ambassador to the rights council, said, referring to a Kharkiv regional city that Ukrainian forces recaptured in recent weeks.

Taylor urged the commissioners to continue to “examine the growing evidence of Russia’s filtration operations, forced deportations and disappearances.”

She referred to “numerous sources” that indicated Russian authorities have interrogated, detained and/or forcibly deported between 900,000 and 1.6 million Ukrainian citizens, and reports that children were being deported from Ukraine and placed in Russian orphanages for adoption.https://apnews.com/article/russia-ukraine-united-nations-war-crimes-48dc36f41bdcfac4720d0b2a0c359073

And of course, Russia is quick to call them POWs but keep reminding us, this is not a war .........
