Who do you think is Destroying Ukrainian energy infrastructure?
What about Russia removing it's military forces from the NPP?

Ukraine’s Energoatom says Russia shelled Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant

Ukraine’s nuclear energy firm has accused the Russian military of shelling the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant and hitting its infrastructure facilities at least 12 times in the morning.
Energoatom said Russia was once again “putting the whole world at risk”.
The company said on Telegram that the list of damaged equipment indicated that the attackers “targeted and disabled exactly the infrastructure that was necessary for the restart of 5th and 6th power units” and the restoration of power production for Ukrainian needs.
Russia’s nuclear power operator Rosenergoatom blamed Kyiv for the shelling, while the army called it a “provocation”.

Rosenergoatom says shelling ongoing, 15 hits reported

Renat Karchaa, an adviser to the head of Russia’s Rosenergoatom nuclear power company, said shelling around the Zaporizhzhya nuclear site was ongoing.
“They not only shelled yesterday, they are shelling today, shelling right now. As of now, about 15 hits at nuclear power plant facilities have been recorded. Any artillery strikes on the nuclear plant put nuclear safety at risk,” Karchaa was quoted as saying by Russia’s TASS news agency.
Russia’s ministry of defence has accused the Ukrainian army of shelling the facility, which is under Moscow’s control.
“Thank God there has been no radiation release,” Karchaa said, adding that no one was hurt.

What did ever make them think that the Russians will build them houses? If they voted to join Russia for the promise of rebuilding their homes, I don't have much sympathy for them.

The Russian invaders are planning a new wave of "raids" to quell the discontent of residents.

Source: Petro Andriushchenko adviser to the mayor of Mariupol on Telegram

Quote from Andriushchenko: "In Mariupol, a new wave of ‘raids’ will begin on instructions from Pushilin (the leader of the "DPR" militants Denis Pushilin – ed.) to suppress public discontent.

The reason was a collective complaint that was received in the name of Sablin (State Duma deputy Dmitry Sablin, who is considered the "overseer" of Mariupol – Ed.). The collection of signatures was organised by the owner of one of the Telegram channels in Mariupol, Svitlana Dotsenko, a resident of Mariupol, and the appeal quickly gained a great response."

Details: According to Andriushchenko, the reason for the complaint was that the invaders had previously promised Mariupol residents to provide new apartments as compensation for lost housing, but residents cannot get housing.

The mayor's adviser noted that new houses are being built in Mariupol, but they do not plan to provide them to residents – Russians will be settled there. According to him, the invaders have already brought almost 30,000 Russian civilians to the city.

Andriushchenko noted that after writing the complaint, Pushilin held meetings with the civilian occupiers and with the "power alliance", and issued an order to "suppress this disgrace."

According to him, now the occupiers are looking for authors and signatories of the complaint.

At the end of the 8th month of the full-scale invasion, Russia recorded an increase in the number of complaints about depression; it began after 21 September, when the mobilisation in Russia was announced.

Source: RBK news agency, citing Russian psychological centres

Details: After 21 September, the day of the declaration of partial mobilisation in the country, sociologists have reported an increase in the level of anxiety among Russians. Interviewed psychological assistance centres have confirmed that the number of complaints has increased compared to February, when the full-scale invasion began.

By the summer, the number of those complaining of stress dropped to an annual low.

Experts note that there was no serious increase in the number of appeals after the start of the full-scale invasion.

One psychological centre said that for the first two weeks, they received questions about "what to do" and "how to deal with anxiety", but then the number of requests decreased noticeably.

Background: In September, before the announced mobilisation, 70% of Russians still supported Russia's war against Ukraine.

A video showing the arrest procedure of two soldiers who refused to go to war was published on Telegram-channels. The soldiers were demonstratively detained right during the formation.

Source: Russian media outlet Meduza, Russian Telegram-channels

Details: In the video, two soldiers who are standing in formation on the parade ground are called by their last names that are likely Selivanov and Diagteryov (it’s hard to hear – ed.). An investigator comes up to them and informs them that on 16 November a criminal case under Art.332.2.1 (disobeying an order) of the Criminal Code of Russia was opened against them.

Then a convoy with stripes saying "Military Police" on their hands conducts a rough arrest procedure. The soldiers are being searched, handcuffed and put in a police vehicle.

Ukrainian Marine reconnaissance groups have been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine by organising an escape from their captivity.

Source: Ihor Kopytin, the People’s deputy, on Facebook, and Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Quote from Kopytin: "I will reveal some details of the rescue of the Marine reconnaissance groups who were recently returned from Russian captivity, with whom I met as a representative of the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War. The story of their liberation is worth making a film about.

The guys were captured by the Russian occupiers during the hostilities. They were held in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. When the Command of the Navy and Marines learned about this, they decided to plan an operation to try to rescue the guys from captivity, because we leave no one behind.

As a result, it was possible to organise the escape of the intelligence officers from captivity, and then to transport them to the territory controlled by Ukraine. For now, the guys are safe and their lives are not in danger."

Details: The people's deputy noted that the Ukrainian "cyborg" and Azovstal defender Artem Dyblenko, who himself recently returned from Russian captivity, took part in the operation to rescue the Marines.

On Saturday, the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that more than a week ago, as a result of actions conducted under the leadership of the Navy, "three servicemen of a Separate Marine Battalion were released from the occupied territory." There were no more details.
