The Ukrainians (the people who drank vodka and trained with the Russians) seem to think so. You are just an anon on a forum here, but if the Ukrainians seem to think so, it's way more likely to end up being true.

Genuinely curious if you never read about or heard about the failed Russian assault on Kyiv and how the Russians lost the Battle of Hostomel?

It would explain a lot about the psychology of various pro-Russians if you have really never heard of this.

Or it's just some low energy trolling because you would have to reconcile your beliefs about Russia being an army of Ubermensch soldiers with the reality that they are a disorganised bunch of conscripts with no will to fight.
