Am curious as to why you chose to comment in the first place.
Irritation at all the focus on something relatively unimportant.

You replied to a tweet detailing a war crime as if it was unworthy of your time or attention, especially when the original post was not even directed at you. You could just have ignored it and moved on if it didn't interest you, but you decided to post to tell everyone just how little you care about that particular war crime being committed and reported on. Very odd.
It's not so much about the action as the reaction to the action.... and how everyone ignores these kinds of things when it's Ukrainians doing them creating the fiction that only Russians do it.

Torutured for being psychotic and sadist? Not a chance. You'd be the guy operating the different torture tools and wielding the axe during decapitations.
Do you ever do anything other than baiting these days?

Just a point of clarification, if there was a video doing the rounds of a Ukrainian soldier(s) beheading a Russian POW alive on social media, you would find the vast majority of people here being outraged... The big difference though is that there would be an expectation that the AFU would find and prosecute those responsible.

The guy's head has been impaled on a stick.

I love how you see the bar of brutality get set so high, you resort to pushing it even higher, so you can absolve your support for Russia a little bit more, because beheading is "OK" for you.

It is comments like this from you, that reminds me of the many years of Holocaust denial/revisionism that you carried out on this forum.

Without doubt. It is shameful that he is allowed to spread his hate on this forum at all. Free speech is NOT hate speech.

Am pretty certain that most people here have suggested that all war crimes should be punished, the only one who seems to be ignoring war crimes around here is you.

Given the fog of war and how only one side is being negatively reported on I pretty much ignore all supposed war crimes. Depending on how the war ends the winning side will once again only prosecute the opposing side and it will take many decades for the real facts to come out if they do at all.

It is pointless to have a blow by blow discussion in a landscape of propaganda and lies about small things. Beheadings by themselves are not large events, it's the kind of thing that happens all the time in protracted war unfettered by limiting factors. The real fun is going to start afterwards when the dust has settled the Russian public learns what actually happened and will face the choice of how to react..... assuming they have not fallen into a Technocratic hellscape by then in which case I will have to mourn their decent into a second reign of terror.

A large event has still not happened and if it even does it will happen towards the end of the war, you can all lose your minds then I won't stop you probably depending on the strategic denfencibility of whatever happens. I am still not ruling out the emergency creation of a nuclear corridor exclusion zone worst case scenario if that's actually possible.

I am merely being realistic rather than idealistic. This is not the same "safe" old world anymore where things like comitees and UN resolutions actually matter to strong powers.

It seems people are forgetting why beheadings like this happen. It's not about torture it's about terror, if it actually happened as reported they were using the heads as warnings of what they would do to prisoners.... it's a lot messier than simply shooting them.

Personally I find this to be a counterproductive strategy since it only emboldens the enemy rather than scaring them but these are Eastern Europeans we are speaking of, they tend to behave in this manner when under pressure. Hardly the most "civilized" people you will ever meet so why the surprise? I have to wonder though what is going on in the Russian military that this has been allowed to happen if indeed it is becoming common... and what it means for the future.

Long winded waffle to tell everyone that you believe in "Might makes right".
