I’ve seen another hypothesis elsewhere, UkrAF jets are rigged with Tornado missile pylons for SS/Scalp, the Tornado was also capable of carrying Meteor BVRAAM, range given is “well in excess of 200km”.

So in the flare video we see two detonations with one off screen. What it hit is a fairly interesting debate since there are reports of another aircraft down as well. Fighter bomber thus far has only confirmed one.
