Good shot.
The explosions reportedly occurred near the Saki Airbase which is home to the Black Sea Fleet’s 43rd Naval Attack Aviation Regiment.
Apparently out of range for HIMARS as well as Ukraine's own Tochka U's

I think the ATACMS max range is 300km, so doable for them. Witnesses report hearing six explosions shortly after each other, so if true would have required 6 HIMARS firing one ATACMS each almost simultaneously.
Russia is not going to be happy if this was the work of ATACMS. They consider Crimea to be de facto part of Russia now.
Yeah, you can see it's two separate fuel tank explosions, unlikely that two Ivans would have been smoking in two seperate wrong spots at the same time...Pooty is not going to be a happy gremlin looking at that. Definitely doesn't look like a random accidental explosion.

Yeah, that is the Kremlin's official statement. Although Kremlin doesn't appear to state how the explosions happened.
Hopefully those were long range missiles and artillery ammo that went boom.Yeah, that is the Kremlin's official statement.
