Estimates put his war chest to be maxed out in under 3 months. The war is headed to a close. He will head to negotiations soon...

I think the ATACMS max range is 300km, so doable for them. Witnesses report hearing six explosions shortly after each other, so if true would have required 6 HIMARS firing one ATACMS each almost simultaneously.

Russia is not going to be happy if this was the work of ATACMS. They consider Crimea to be de facto part of Russia now.

The version of HIMARS (the M270) that Britain and Norway sent can fire two ATACMS at a time.
