What do you call this then? Is this humane? Is this Russian kindness?
Compared to what they could have done, yes it is.

If it was politically viable they could have wiped Ukraine from the face of the earth by now.

That Makes USA the most humane country on earth, they could've wiped out humanity since 1945.
Instead they just wiped out the infrastructure of whole countries and then contracted out the rebuilding of it all while claiming to be liberating heroes.

Which country has bombed more hospitals... Russia or Murica?

Ukrainian defenders have destroyed the "elite" units of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation, and the only survivors are soldiers who have refused to attack Ukraine.

Source: interception of a Russian occupier’s telephone conversation posted by the Security Service of Ukraine

During the phone call, the occupier tells his wife about the Russian Federation’s losses. His unit is located in Kharkiv Oblast.

Direct quote from the occupier: "There’s no Western District any more, because they’re all in Russia - conscientious objectors. There are just some ‘Easterners’ wandering past me, because there are almost no ‘Westerners’ left. All the equipment is broken - either the turret isn’t working, or something else isn’t working… Or the wheels are broken, or it’s something else… And the only ones who go to the front are the volunteers."

Details: The Western Military District of the Russian Federation includes Moscow and St. Petersburg.

It is said to include a "military elite" trained to counter NATO forces, but many officers have been killed, drivers are in short supply, and huge infantry forces are being used as "cannon fodder".

The Russians have levelled Mariupol and severely damaged Irpin, Kharkiv, Bucha and several other cities. Anything within artillery range has been destroyed or damaged.

The only way they could have caused more damage or "wiped Ukraine from the face of the earth" would have been to use nuclear weapons. And even Putin, unlike his little trolls, isn't that f u c k i n g stupid.

Only due to intense resistence, if Russia used murican tactics the war would have been long over by now.

Nope, regular grid bombing would be enough. Also Russia has actually moved beyond nukes, they can use thermobaric I think it is bombs in a pinch which has no radiation and leaves the buildings basically intact. They havent even used these tactically yet nvm strategically.

All they have to do is signal their intent, give the civilians enough time to evacuate and sweep clean.

On the other hand, they have barely touched most of the infrastructure.... simply bombing this could have forced the country into deprevation which would have made the conquest considerably easier.
