Im not exactly sure how to comment on this as share options for CEO's is not unheard of. Its not as though the bloke was on the brink of poverty either, and the new CEO has something to look forward to no doubt.
I reckon Sizwe will look back at the time he spent at Telkom, look at his bank balance, and smile no doubt.
Telkom is the 'gravy train' painted in blue and green dots, be sure.

Money won't be able to follow him to his final destination though.
