Please note that even the respected Reuters gave a flawed report. It only quoted the line cost, and did not even mention the ISP cost.

hihi, for the first time, we are not only considered as a mosquito, since our sting really was felt. Sizwe, Velapi, White will be washed away be an avalanche of public protest and Telkom becomes again, what it should be. Public assets of South African people and not a money-making machine for some richies...Thats my wishes and I feel good about it.
